About

Designit is an internship that offers the right blend of methodology, case studies, practical exercises, and personalized feedback, all so you can apply your new skills at work the very next day. You will do more than passively absorb material. You will be out of your seat, spending your 120 hours interacting with others in fun activities that will engage your mind in new ways. Regardless of what function or role you end up in, we aim to help you grow as a creative professional. We’ll help you build self-awareness, discover your blind spots and biases, improve your collaboration skills and teach you how to work with a range of stakeholders.

Internship highlights

Four-part onboarding training: Welcome to Designit and the Agency Mindset, Intro to Business Design, Intro to Service Design, and Intro to User Experience Design.
Four tracks to choose from, depending on your interests and career goals.
Coaching: a chance to learn from a Designit professional. All interns get one-on-one mentorship talks with an internship buddy. Discuss what you want to do in life and what it takes to get there with someone who’s walked the walk.
Active participation in real projects, including client-facing time. If you join us on an internship, you’ll get to see the real work we do at Designit, including talking to the clients.
